In Indigenous traditions, winning was about becoming, not defeating.
Winning is circular, not vertical.
When we honor humanity, we unlock peak performance.
When we don’t, we lose both.
Athletes are exhausted by expectations and isolation.
It’s time to re-center the human in performance.
